Which player would you want taking a shot with the game on the line?

Stephen Curry, Golden State – 55%

Kevin Durant, Brooklyn – 17%

And yet when the Warriors were in the Finals, it was Durant who hit the game/series- winning shots [over Lebron] two years in a row.

I was very confused on who was voting Tatum ahead of Luka at SF but also voting for Luka for franchise player. Luka must have split some positional ballots

It's also funny to think that Curry is getting more pre-MVP love now than after his first

GMs lose respect when a team replaces you with one of the biggest busts in NBA history and then wins a ring with him the first year they're healthy.

Love it. Team misses the playoffs, yeah 21% makes sense. Team was up 2-1 in the Finals, 11% is crazy. Amazing how fast things can change

He's more like a PG/Point forward and the others are more like a SF/Point forward. I don't know why they wouldn't call him a PG. Probably because he's so big they want to give that shine to someone else who fits the traditional PG smaller prototype player. Even though he gets elected to the all-star game and all-nba team each year at that position. Who knows. He plays more like a traditional PG than any of the players on that list. He's just big.

Trying to define these players positions is starting to get a bit confusing as the NBA evolves to a more position-less sport.

I'm all for dogging on KD but never at any point in Andrew Wiggins career would it have been accurate to call him "one of the biggest busts in NBA history," and certainly not now. Wiggins has more career points scored than Kawhi Leonard.

He was one of the more hyped #1 picks in recent memory. Without any significant injury, he was averaging an inefficient 17-18 PPG with no playmaking or rebounding on 35-win Timberwolves teams while playing with an all-nba caliber teammate.

Sure, there were #1 picks that did less than him, but almost all of those guys (Bennett, Olowakandi, Kwame, Oden, etc.) either were considered surprising/undeserving #1 picks when they were drafted or had their careers totally derailed by injury.

Wiggins absolutely isn't a bust anymore, but before being traded to GS he was pretty consensusly considered one of the biggest busts in NBA history. Nobody celebrated the trade more than Timberwolves fans since they finally got him off their team.

Revisionist history right here.

Wiggins was the worst starter in the entire league for multiple seasons, I mean his on/off and advanced stats were like all time bad. Add in his contract and yea he absolutely was one of the biggest busts.

It took playing with one of the greatest teams of all time to reclaim his career

The fact that he was a starter takes him out of the bust conversation IMO. Disappointing #1 sure. Not a bust though.

Yea I guess I meant relative to the hype.

Sure Anthony Bennett flamed out of the league in like 3 years and is one of the worst 1st picks ever but like, did anyone expect him to be much?

People were calling Wiggins “maple Jordan” and comping him to LeBron

People make stupid comparisons every year.

Wiggins has already had an eight year career. Was rookie of the year and an all star. That's hardly bust.

Now? I guess not. I mean he was a token all star that wasn’t deserved but whatever.

He’s just lucky he got to play for the Warriors, otherwise he’d be stinking it up somewhere right now and nobody would care

Right - this is revisionist history to say Wiggins wasn't being declared a huge bust. Comparing him to Anthony Bennet is ridiculous - one was a huge reach and the other had 'biggest hype since Lebron' type marketing+press.

Two biggest busts of the last 20 years:

Markelle Fultz
Greg Oden

Both supposed to be stars Neither could hack it.
