Q: Jalen winning MVP Hurts Patrick Mahomes’ prices, right?

There’s still some time left in the season.

For now, Hurts is leading the MVP race (as deserved).

I assume that Mahomes’ current prices have this season’s MVP award baked in. If Hurts wins MVP, we’ll see a decline in Mahomes prices, correct?

While this is true, and I tend to think MVPs don't matter a ton anyway, if he doesn't win the SB this year combined with the market conditions, there could be a bit of a freefall.

Interesting. I wish there was a way to determine how much weight each accolade (MVP, SB, season-leading stats, all-time leading stats, etc) has on one's prices.
