He's had a pretty good offseason from all reports that I've read. Expecting a big 2023 out of Cobb.

I think that the only way his cards appreciate in value significantly is if the Cobb Salad becomes wildly popular again.

Aparicio, Mazeroski, Baines, Rizzuto, Jim Rice, etc. are all much better buys IMO

Those of us that are older than computer shorthand still prefer to call him by his full name……Thank You Cobb.

I recently “invested” in a Cobb auto for my collection. Need to figure out how I want to frame this one.

If it's graded, they usually go for around 2k.

Green ink is preferred, that was his thing when he signed things at home from my understanding.

I'll be looking for a low grade T206 green back portrait or "bat off shoulder" at this year's National.

His 1914/1915 Cracker Jack is my personal grail

Just ignore all the trolls. This is typical Blowout.

Ty Cobb cards are great investments T206 are the best due to the popularity of the set. T3 Turkey Red, t205 Gold Border and 1914-15 Cracker Jack are the others to look for.

Just a heads up: this whole thread is an inside joke to a comment from a different thread. We’re not being trolls, we’re just playing along.

I really like inside jokes. I’d like to be a part of one someday.

Smart! I invested $50 including grading fees for all of the Lee Smith RC's. I could probably sell them for $55 now and $60 in the future. Huge investment potential! Don't make me whip out my Harold Baines rookies.
