Default eBay return scam

I just recently sold a Brady psa 8 bowman chrome on ebay, and shipped it to authentication which then went to buyer. But now buyer is claiming the it isnÂ’t as pictured in listing even though it went through authentication with nothing wrong. Will I win this case?

Yep, if it went through Authentication, it's eBay's problem. Not completely sure if they can leave FB or not, but if they do, I suspect you can get it taken off.

Once it goes through authentication it's typically considered an all sales final sale.

Just got told that eBay is siding with the buyer again like the scum they are. Doesn’t make sense to me.

I would be appealing that. If it went through authentication then there are no returns

Are they claiming it's a different card or that there's something else wrong with it?

Need more information here, friend.

If it went through authentication, there's no chance of that happening unless you sent the wrong item. In which case, AG never would have sent to the customer (barring a colossal failure).

Once the card is in ebay's possession and passes, you are in the clear and ebay will side with you 100%.

My understanding is that once the card goes through authentication, any issues with the card not being authentic is on Ebay. Kind of the whole crux of the Authentication program.

I would appeal

Sounds like he's already won the case and gone back into hibernation for another two and a half years.
