info please: 1999-00 23kt fleer reprints
Hey team, I'm looking for info on the 1999-00 23kt fleer reprints set. I can't find much good info on it. the checklist(s) on tcdb are scattered amongst the sets that it is reprinting, and they don't appear complete. COMC seems to be my best info right now:

i always thought that these gold embossed cards were questionable until I saw the comc link. but i wonder how these were released..
