Draft #1 and drafted #128
One QB won a little more One QB is a little bigger One QB has a little better arm One QB is a little faster One had a better completion % The one would be Stetson Bennett Young is 21/22 and Bennett is 25/26 years old Will be interesting who has a better NFL career I’m saying it is very close and very average. They seem so similar yet so different in eyes of NFL |

One is a top 1-5 caliber prospect the other is borderline 6th-7th round to UDFA, hope that clarifies it for you.

Bingo.
Heisman winner - check National championship - check Maturity and Leadership - check Ideal QB Build - check 15 touchdowns and 26 interceptions for his NFL career Just because you can check some boxes doesn't mean much.

It’s not that I think Levis will be Josh Allen. I just think Richardson will be a bust …. I have never seen such a bad power 5 qb get drafted so high .. Young will be better than Bennett. He will have many more opportunities ..But with his size he will never be close to elite Not sure why those are such crazy takes ? But I will stand by. Besides age. Bennett and young are very similar college players and I can’t believe young was drafted 1. |

I got another similarity.
Neither will amount to much in the NFL. |

You really think a 5Â’9 187 pound qb who was surrounded by the best talent in college football 95 % percent of the games he played should be number 1? For the second time I have no clue why that is a bad take. ? Either lots of bama fans or people already investing which is cool But to tell someone to sign off because I donÂ’t think top pick was a good pick Mariotta Winston Wentz Rosen Baker Kyler ? Could be on this list soon. ItÂ’s close imo Tua will be soon . I fear his frame and health Wilson Mac ? Needs a bounce back .. Trey. Can he stay healthy ? Make or break year imo Fields I like. This is year 3 you have to show it passing 2022 class was all drafted later. Which most of these guys should of been 2-3-4 round picks So just in last 8 years just massive percent of failed or qbÂ’s who should not of been drafted in top 10 So to say itÂ’s a bad take and get lost ? Will see chrome $$$. Will see |

Probably the same difference between every 1st round QB and those drafted afterwards

There is one thing I will never do again (nor any UGA fan or coach) and that’s doubt Stetson Bennett. If you haven’t followed the program closely for a while, you may not know the whole story or understand what he went through. We don’t win back to back NCs without him. “He’s the greatest walk on ever” is just part of it.

Also so similar. How many Alabama QB's turn out to be franchise QB's? Recent ones Mac Jones isn't to good, Tua isn't to good and has a concussion seems like every few games.

College greatness and NFL star are not always the same thing. I remember several great college QBs who never translated to NFL star:
Tebow Mariota RGIII Leinart Crouch Quinn Mayfield Murray Bradford V. Young I’m not saying Bennett nor Young will be NFL busts, but percentages aren’t in the side of both of them becoming stars. What Bennett did at UGA is amazing, and a phenomenal story in all of NCAA history, but as amazing as he was in BTB seasons, he only finished top 10 Heisman 1 time. Many NFL stars, and HOF even, didn’t win a Heisman so I don’t put alot of stock in that award. Winning championships is a great measure of success in the NFL, but no one considers Jim Plunkett nor Eli Manning ATG great QBs (some may argue for Manning). Plunkett did win a Heisman, whereas Manning finished 3rd in voting). The list below shows QBs with a combined 19 SBs wins between them, but none of them won the Heisman trophy: Patrick Mahomes Peyton Mamning Dan Marino John Elway Ben Roethlisberger Joe Montana Tom Brady Terry Bradshaw A great example is Archie Griffin and Walter Payton. Griffin finished 3 straight years as a Heisman: 5th place Sophomore yr 1st Junior yr 1st Senior yr Walter Payton never made the top 10. Not once. We all know Payton became an NFL icon while Griffin never amounted to much in the NFL. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I don’t think many people thought Eric Crouch would be a good pro.
