Change to Topps Customer Service?
I was just reading in the Home Run Challenge thread about correctly predicted dates showing as Non-Winners, so I checked my own account and saw the same thing. I went to call Topps CS b/c I've had good luck over the phone in the past and instead of the old page with phone numbers I saw this page (https://help.topps.com/en/customer-help-desk/hd-1?) with a million unhelpful links. How disheartening. Anyone else encounter this or find a way to get assistance, information or help lately?
