The best ones are usually considered to be the 1979 original and the 2011 version starring (and co-written by) Jason Segal.

I also liked the Muppet-inspired "Meet The Feebles".

My good friend in high school had an abusive and controlling girlfriend and we told him she's Miss Piggy to his Kermit and we kept reminding him of that and he finally left her.

I've never seen a muppet movie but I have seen and owned Meet the Feebles since I was young. I remember liking the muppet show as a kid but despised Muppet babies.
