BUYING STAR PLAYER BASE CARDS IN BULK. Also 2023 Rookie Year NFL cards

I'm looking for STAR PLAYER base cards for a separate project - both current and retired.

I want them featured in a team's uni that they are associated with. Tyreek Hill is a Dolphins uni is fine since he will be a Dolphin for years to come, but I do not want Randy Moss in a 49ers or Titans uni...

These sports only:

NFL
MLB
NBA

Will pay a bit extra for Mahomes, Brady, LeBron, and top MLB prospect players like Elly De La Cruz and guys like that

I do want only licensed brands for this.

I Do Not need more than 4 of the same player, and I do not want duplicates of the same card. However 4 cards of the same player from different sets would be okay

I can pay $0.05 per card for 2007-present
I can pay $0.07 per card for 2000-2006
1980s and 1990s cards are going to be closer to $0.03 each

I also need 2022 rookie class cards and 2023 rookie class cards....guys like Garrett Wilson, Zappe, Breece Hall, Drake London, Anthony Richardson, Bryce Young, Quentin Johnston, etc etc etc. Will pay $0.20 each for those
