Agreed. $150 is too much for a sticker auto and 2 #'d cards. They added additional parallels (shocker, I know) so print run is up which means even more diluted value.

The refreshed cart price was always correct though even though the countdown page was wonky. Second time this has happened.

It lasted 30 seconds at $164 and was close to impossible to add to cart the last 5 minutes. I got more high volume errors the last 5 minutes than any FOTL/online exclusive the entire auction all year. Nothing else would be a close second. 90% of what was auctioned had to of sold $179 and above.

Yeah stopped updating price for me at around $400 and I just logged out. Figured I would jump back in and grab some at $175 or so and gone.

Glad to see this didn't hit floor as I forgot about it but was only intending to buy there.

You get one auto and two parallels, the inaugural Panini PhotoGenic (Which will 100% hold better than this, "Black" cards have been a flop hence Prizm Black being a Chronicles set or Topps Chrome Black failing completely) had an extra parallel and sold out at a lower floor of $100.

IMO floor would of been worth it, anything near $200 or close I would of just paid the extra and got Obisdian/Chronicles hobby with the extra auto

Outside of here I never even hear people talk about Jaden Ivy or Mathurin, 21 at least had fairly big hype names like Cade and Green and guys with built in fanbases like Scottie (Toronto/Canada), I didn't really believe the manipulation thing but all these products selling or listing for higher than last year when some of those products are getting discounted makes me wonder, and makes me afraid for Wemby year stuff

2022-23 Photogenic didn't sell out at $100. The floor price Panini set was double that. If you're referring to 21-22 Photogenic, which has absolutely nothing to do with 22-23 Black basketball, that may have been the last product Panini ever auctioned all the boxes fairly. It was over a year ago. Basing anything in today's market at what 21-22 Photogenic sold out at makes no sense. As long as Panini is in charge no product will ever be released like that again. You can thank the money tree members for that. Can't let regular buyers have even just those couple online exclusives a year worth having at the price the market decides. They have to manipulate 100% instead of just 97%.

Hell, just look at the 1 FOTL up now! $3500 floor for a FOTL product where Panini will sell 95% of the hobby boxes of that product for $786 a box. They will charge their money tree members less per case than the absolute MINUMUM a normal buyer can buy 1 FOTL box for. Sure makes sense to hold out for every last cent on FOTL and sell all hobby for a fraction of market value. Only company on earth that continues to give away a dollar at a time to try to save pennies.

My boxes came in today. Hit three Banchero Smoke Show autos. Two /25 and one /15. With the one numbered out of 15 being twice as thick in card stock for some reason. One of the few times Paninis crappy collation actually worked out for me haha

Can you elaborate on the topps chrome black comment? Not arguing, just trying to learn. I’ve always loved topps chrome black but would be interested to hear if general sentiment is different.

If anyone is looking for some cards to buy from this product, the White Night inserts look amazing. A huge step up from how 21-22 versions looked.
