Canceled auctions and fees

I sold a card Sunday for around 1K. Buyer paid Monday morning but messaged me late last night wanting a refund and asking for me to cancel the auction.
My question concerns the fees. Will I get stuck paying the fees on this auction if I cancel and refund? It's a considerable amount and I don't want to get stuck paying them.
Any help is appreciate.

No.. at most the 30 cent transaction fee

So I'll get stuck paying just the 30 cent transaction fee? If so that's OK, I just didn't want to get stuck paying the final value fees as it was a considerable amount.
This is one of my largest sales and I wasn't sure how it worked.
