Looks like a 08/30/2023 release. Odds are posted on Topps https://www.topps.com/media/pdf/odds...seballOdds.pdf
Looking at the 2022 release, is it me or are the odds much worse? Looks like base autos were 1:3 boxes for 2022 and 2023 is now 1:9. That's the first thing I noticed. Let me know what you guys are seeing. |

Superfractor odds going from 1:1791 to 1:4763. So big print run boost. One could probably assume they will do the same with logofractor and all the other chrome permutations yet to be released.

The Planetary Pursuit cards with different parallels for each planet and the Sun sounds cool. I love that they included Pluto. Good job Topps! I'm betting there is a price bump too to go along with the ramped-up pr. It's a likely pass for me for wax, but I might change my mind if they crush the design on some of the insert sets. Regardless, I'm glad to see this one and will hunt singles if nothing else.

Print run going up isn't a surprise after how popular the release was last year.
I see Tacofractors. |

I’m excited for this one. I wish the print run wasn’t cranked up so high though.

If they raise print runs on this and logofractor, I don't think the wax will flip for 3x profit like last year.... something to consider

Cosmic had more value last year because it was its debut and Topps wanted to establish it. Now that it's popular, they're going to dilute it like every other product.
Also, no one seemed to care that last year's base card design was literally 2017 Bowman's Best's design. |

The print run will destroy this product. I’m a buyer of a few singles of Soto, but another product that I’ll avoid

Overpriced last year, and will be overpriced again this year.
It's Topps Finest/Stadium Club/Gold Label level $70-90 box product, not $500 a box

Great product last year due to limited print run and favorable hit odds.
They will destroy the product this year due to overproduction and greed. It will take time for fanatics to learn the fine balance of production numbers and value to the consumer. |

there are very few examples in its production history where Topps did not run the second release of a *new product into the ground.
*is cosmic chrome really a new product, or was it a simple chromium of Topps Fire (thats up for debate in itself)

2023 Cosmic Chrome = Bowman Platinum
PR through the roof and I wouldn't be surprised if there ends up being a retail sku |

The odds would note if there was a retail sku. So all hobby for the sophomore release. But with the increased PR prices should stay low on this one but who knows.

It will sell out quick but will also be available release day for more $$$. Flippers are going to chase this one based on how it performed last year.

I'm sure. My LCS had them briefly for sub 200 last year (while they lasted). I doubt that'll happen again. That being said, man, the cards look fantastic.
