Other than 1/1 backless cards of recent products that ToppsVault were selling, they sold a lot interesting vintage items/file copies throughout last 20 years including proofs, contracts, slides, etc. During the pandemic, they stopped listing and took some hiatus. Then they started listing mainly 1/1 backless cards recent products of but no vintage stuff. However, even that has completely stopped last few months. Did Fanatics permanently shutdown ToppsVault store in Ebay?

I figured at some point their vintage card proofs would run out. I remember they used to post hundreds every week along with the new sets. Pretty sure it was just one guy handling it. Maybe he left the company

I believe it was one person doing all of that in the past.
I'm sure there's still plenty that could be posted but they probably have plans for a re-launch. (Totally guessing.)

Fanatics hates the idea of sharing even a percentage of a percentage of a percentage of revenue with other companies.
I'm sure they've tried to buy Ebay and are working on their own Ebay clone sight to try and drive them out of business because competition is bad.

Topps for years had an exclusive with eBay. No other card manufacturer had an official presence on eBay. Topps used eBay To fuel etopps and the topps vault

Makes sense to shut down something hardly anyone ever heard about.

I may be mistaken, but I think Topps inserted Vault redemptions into a product or two years ago.

I remember easing through the "Sports Card" publication and seeing Topps Proofs for sale from a particular seller. I was always intrigued on how those were attained. I believe the Topps vintage auction. Fast forward and I bought quite a few interesting cards from them. My favorite is the 1984 Topps John Elway RC full color proof(Blank Back).
