Default Tim Stutzle --- Opinions?

I think Stutzle is going to score 50 this year and will be an 80% of Ovechkin type player. Ive been buying up his cards, especially PSA 9 YGs. Feel free to give an opinion on this as Im definitely no expert. Thanks

50 might be a stretch but he's on the verge of superstardom IMO. He's outperformed Jack Hughes over the first 3 years of their careers yet everyone is ready to crown Hughes and continues to overlook Stutzle. Probably from playing in Ottawa but they're very comparable players and Stutzle is better away from the puck.

Hard to say what his card values do over the next few years. Higher end stuff will still be pricey but unless he pops off as a Hart/Art Ross contender, I dont see much more growth

Tarasenko might take some of Stutzle's PP goals this year

Tarasenko is more of a complimentary piece at this stage. The kids have the keys to the ship in Ottawa.

Love them both - my two favorite young guys to collect. Generally I agree. I'd probably argue that if the trajectory of growth continues Stutzle has slightly more upside based on where he's priced today, but either one really needs a major trophy to move in any major way.

I'm curious if they move people out to sign Pinto or let him leave. Can't see the latter happening.

Various outlets speculating about teams like the Ducks or Sharks weaponizing Cap space to extract pieces from Ottawa.

If the Ducks could somehow snap up Pinto then maybe Zegras and Drysdale will get their heads out of their a**es and re-sign.
Read some speculation on sending Z & D to Buffalo for Rasmus Dahlin...

Aren’t they only offering Zegras like 3.5 mill? That’s a ridiculous salary.

At this point that isn't far away from about his value- maybe up to $5M on a bridge max. I think his agent is getting ahead of himself if he's looking for more without signing long term.

So Trevor signed 3 years at $5.75M per. He did well.

My point was less about the Ducks getting Pinto, rather than taking another piece of the Sens for cap room.

Think the Ducks slightly overpaid, but he's an integral part of the squad going forward. Verbeek emphasized they expect Zegras to develop a better two-way game, and to work harder on both ends of the ice. The Zegras fanboys in the media and online ignore that fact and simply want "flippy puck".

He's had brutal puck luck this year and zero PPGs at this point is almost unbelievable.

Still at a point per game right now. HOping for a late season push to get around another 90 point season.

What the hell is this? Timmy's PSA 10 YG sold 5 days ago for $211.21? These can be had these days for about $100.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/23541760504...Bk9SR7LD6v64Yw

Same buyer bought this Mason Mctavish PSA 10 YG for $108 when the going rate is about $60. Same day same seller.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/23541760507...Bk9SR_ysrv-4Yw

I'm calling BS with this seller unless 7***8(59) is really that far removed from the hobby.

I see you are in Regina, so $70 CAD? That's fair. PSA 9s are going for $40-$60 USD right now. Seen some as high as $85 US and as low as $30 US in the last 6 weeks or so.
The PSA 10 went for $285 CAD. There are numerous current BINs in the $100-$120 US range.

I do agree. I just wished he played for another team other than Ottawa.
