Default Been out the hobby game a while, question about a box break

Hello,

Haven’t been doing much card collecting over the past few years. Got the itch as a few buddies at work and myself have been talking about baseball cards. We want to buy a box or 2 of some mid to high end product to bust at work. I was just curious what would be a good product? Is 2023 Topps museum or tribute decent this year? Some others?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Museum seems alright from the breaks I've seen. Certainly a better rip for the price than Tribute. If I were to rip a box with a similar price tag I'd go with Topps Pristine personally, but I'm sure others will tell you different. I just love the look of the cards and parallels.

Are you looking for good value or chance at huge hits?

Topps Pristine is a good recommendation.

I like this one - pick up a box for each person.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone! Museum looks like fun. Also liking Topps pristine, it looks like it would be a fun break. Need to see what kind of budget we have but definitive looks insane!

Definitely Vet/RC stuff. I’m so out of the prospect game nowadays.

You’re going to need a big budget to chase big game. Also, have a clear plan in place with how you plan on dividing the cards amongst you and your friends before you rip.

Good luck!

Yeah I can’t believe how ridiculous prices are now for wax.

I can't believe I'm about to say this, but 2023 Archives is one of the best values out there right now. Maybe not HUGE hit potential but your return will be much better than just about anything.
