ISO Terrell Owens 1996 Bowman's Best Atomic Refractor RC

This year, I have had the opportunity to update my PC, starting with a friend gifting me an Eddie George 1996 Topps Chrome Refractor RC to replace my base one. This has led me down a rabbit hole to "refractorize" my rookie card collection of some of my favorite players.

I now am down to one card, a Terrell Owens 1996 Bowman's Best Atomic Refractor RC. I am willing to pay $120 for a raw (clean) copy or a bit more for a PSA 8 or 9.
