What stops them from using an in-game photo again? Was production started way prior to his first game?

I think the T Mac and Duncan metal universe rookies are probably the ones that still bother me the most historically. Runner-up being 95-96 Finest. The Curry is truly awful too but it’s just not my era of ripping product.
