FS: Comic Book Resale Lot - Bronze Age plus Key Issues

Hey guys,

These 52 books (plus a couple of throw ins I am accounting for no value) have been sitting around in my closet forever and I am finally ready to get rid of them. I am going to just sell them as a lot and let someone else split them up and make some money. I don't have the time, energy or knowledge to really do it properly myself.

I am going to sell the lot for $525, which is $10 per book, plus half of what I estimate will be $50 for shipping. Some are going to be $5 books and some are worth a lot more. It is easily more than $1k in value I think if parsed out into singles and lots. Most of them are bronze age (I think) with some modern stuff strewn in.

There are some key books like Secret Wars 8, Vengeance of Bane, etc. There is an early Blue Beetle (#4) from Charlton. Decent value in the Gold Key Magnus Robot Fighter and Star Trek books. Amazing Spider-Man 583 Obama variant. Fantasy Illustrated 4 from 1965 last sold for over $40 and is probably $50+ in this condition. Same for Weird Graphic Fantasy 3 which is pretty rare.

Fantastic Giants is a Steve Ditko 1 off. Super Friends 1 is in great shape. The Scud Disposable Assassin 1 was signed in person as Rob Schrab was a good friend of my former colleague. There are some 12c Dell books in here. Scooby Doo Gold Key.

I am not really a comic guy (was as a kid), so I can't really speak to condition but most of them look great for being 50+ years old.

I only want to sell it as a lot because the point is to get them out of my closet for the least amount of work possible. My laziness is your gain!

Hard to find one person that's into all of those titles. Might be easier to split it up into Marvel, DC, and Gold Key/Indie lots.

Of course. Was assuming there was someone who would want the couple hundred bucks of profit upon reselling after fees.

I'd do it but have a full time job and three kids

I'd be interested in the Magnus Robot Fighter #22 (/#1 reprint) if you do break up (I don't think there's a number on it, its the one with the yellow title box)
