Something something breakers and loaded cases, something something.

Eyeroll.

What a case, though.

Without watching the video, is the title right, a single case? How many boxes to a case, 10?

If I remember correctly there’s 8 packs/box

That would mean there’s an auto/pack. What am I missing here?

Edit…wtf I stand corrected. Well if someone didn’t get their auto they know where it went.
Is a “treasure case” a real thing?

It’s happened multiple times and not just breakers.

Topps seriously needs to clean up their collation issues.

I had a 2021 Heritage case with appx 26 image variations(odds are 1:4 boxes) and about the same number of black border(odds roughly 1:6 boxes) along with too many longer shot cards. Another poster had the same thing happen in 2022 product that I can’t remember what it was.

Point is the “loaded cases to breakers” conspiracy theory probably isn’t correct.

Hot cases/boxes are nothing new. When the odds have become so bad, it’s tough to see loaded wax like that.

The two cases after this one both had more than the expected ten autographs.

Yeah, there was also the box of heritage a while back with all flip stocks and a mega of heritage with all autos and heritage isn’t made for breakers. While some of it is by design (bowman best golden chests) it’s gotta be mostly
collation/incompetence issues.

Could be as simple as it's the end of production and they just dump the rest of the hits into what’s left of the pack out.

Yes, that was indeed my point.

Yes I had a heritage hanger case in 2022 that had 30-40 autos. No superstars like trout or wander but almost every other rc on checklist. Mix of blue and red.

Both are redemptions so that might be the reason.

It all evens out in the end.

32 and the one with 14 had a Gunnar Gold and Yoshida AU/5. Just ridiculous.

Any chance these cases were maybe at the end of the packout process and they had a ton of auto's left so they just put them in these cases? Has anyone heard or seen of cases without any auto's?

It has pretty much been established that topps loads boxes for group breakers

Id say there’s a decent chance that’s exactly what happened, whether intentional or not. The guy doing the recap at the end mentioned a few cards were the last one in the ser#d PR, which doesn’t really prove anything but makes sense to the explanation I think.

Someone pulled eight Harper SP RCs out of a 2012 Topps Series 2 blaster.

Doesn't that imply they didn't print enough base?

Or there’s a bunch of boxes missing autos.
