Tool to Open Graded Cards

Anyone know where I can get this tool? It might be a custom but if it’s readily available looks a lot easier than using pliers to break open cases.

Probably could get one at harbor freight for under $5.

With the claw on the back, maybe nail puller? Or end cutting pliers? Could be tile nipper, but the claw throws me off.

hammer and flathead screwdriver. chris sewell has a great youtube tutorial on how to crack slabs with just these two.
