Default New PSA Slabs

As much as PSA frustrates me at times, these new PSA Slabs are pretty sick!

Great job with that move PSA.

I totally agree! I believe Teapot on sports card investor was complaining about the 20% weight added to them. Give me a break. Go to the gym and put on some muscle... lol

Here is a thread dedicated to it btw - https://www.blowoutforums.com/showthread.php?t=1587793

Yeah I’m only a little mad that my recent PC order was partially done in the old cases for some reason. I really love these new slabs. Way better than the old ones. They really are a lot more scuff resistant too

Not a fan, extra tough to crack slabs for resubbing to PSA.

I'll probably wait a bit longer for my next submission hoping to get the slab design again.

Order delivered to me on 5/7 from CA - new slabs
Order delivered to me on 5/31 from NJ - old slabs

Extremely difficult to crack. There will be number our cards damaged by Re-sub people and then they will complain.

My last order had 15 old slabs and 8 new ones. No idea what happened with that order. It was a 60's/70's special.

Yes, now it takes me 5 minutes instead of 1 minute to crack the slabs...

I haven't had the pleasure of cracking one of the new slabs yet.. Have you guys used the same approach?

My 18 card order I just got back today had 15-16 of the slabs with the new "flow line", a damaged slab, and another card that got a PSA 10 that looks like it has a ton of scuffs at the top of the card (the scuffs are not on the outside of the slab). This is crazy.

I keep getting all the 'flow lines' in my last three orders on the majority of cards.
That seems like an Extra messed up order! Sorry to hear; we pay good money for this service.

So frustrating. I am still waiting to hear back from them. I have never done this, but I am considering a charge back if they decide to gaslight me like they have others. The only language they seem to know is Money.

They postponed using these new slabs, until further notice.

No idea, but they weren't using them for all new slabs. My last order returned a few weeks ago was mixed old and new slabs.

IMO refunds should be going out to anyone who received the new slabs because it's obvious by this move that they know there is an issue.

New slab is clearly causing issues in the process. I’ve never had so many orders stall in Assembly before. I’m sitting on the green checkmark on three orders (May Specials) now for over 2 weeks. Had a Regular order sit in this stage for 7 calendar days before it popped.

Agreed. Or have the option to re-slab with the original slab at no cost.

Exactly. Pretty gross when I saw the PSA grading fees pop up on my credit card a day or two ago.

Are you referring to the new slabs on eBay?
