PSA Vault

Hi Everyone,

My grading was completed and sent my cards off to the PSA Vault. It has been two weeks and only 5 cards of the 30 showed up in the vault yesterday. How long does it take for my card to go from PSA into their Vault? Thanks!

Hi everyone,

I sent out a card from my PSA vault 3 days ago, but it only says "shipped" on the Collectors Vault website. Does PSA/Collectors really not offer a tracking number when shipping out? This would definitely be a reason to not use them anymore.

Edit: It took 4 business days for the tracking number to pop.

The PSA Vault does not appear to work well. I receive emails about cards being received and vaulted yet they don't show up in my PSA Vault collection even a week later.

Last year if I shipped out a lot of cards from my vault that were vaulted less than 90 days I'd be charged $5 plus $1 per slab. so 4 slabs would cost $9 to ship.

I tried to do this today and I'm being charged $6 per card, $24 to ship 4 cards from the vault.

If that's not bad enough last week they took 6 business days to ship out a card from my vault when it used to take 2-3 days and half the time they don't email you with tracking information.
