Received the offer Sept 4.

Good til Sept 18.

Wonder how common these are, if the are based on order history (inactivity) or more random.

Value, $24.99, down to $14.99. Good enough.

Desperation? They know they have to do if they want to get a bunch of new submissions. Lower bulk and value even more!
