Default Bought FAKE MJ 96 Platinum Medallion - Need 3rd Party Help

I bought a 96 MJ Platinum Medallion raw on ebay a few months back (only bought raw because I thought it would go through authentication, but because it was an international seller, it did not), sent it to PSA and came back N4 questionable auth.

Ran it by the experts here on blowout who confirmed it is fake and compared to a real one that my brother has graded, and could see a couple of differences.

Ebay return window was closed and seller refusing to help me, naturally.

I'm working on a credit card chargeback now, and the final thing they're needing is a letter verifying it's a counterfeit by a "3rd Party Expert." I don't think PSA will do that, so looking for help in finding a reputable company that would help me with getting something on their letterhead/signed stating this is counterfeit.

Any suggestions on how I could get that, or is anyone here an owner of a shop/card company that would be able to help me with that? Here are photos of the card for anyone with the eye to know it's counterfeit. Thanks for the help!

the fact PSA is refusing to holder it due to it being not authentic isnt enough?
i guess they are saying its questionable, not that its def fake, but they arent convinced enough to holder it?

couple of obv issues the TM on the ultra logo on the front and the P font in P . 16, usually the printing of the team in the bottom reflective material is another but its hard to see.

It's possible most authenticators may need to sight the card as well. no LCS?

PSA's "Questionable authenticity" is their legal way of saying counterfeit. That should be sufficient for your proof.
Quote:
"N4 Questionable Authenticity - This is the term used when a card appears to be counterfeit or when the autograph is deemed to be not genuine. This designation would never qualify for encapsulation under any circumstance and applicable grading fees would still apply."

SGC would actually tell you it's counterfeit, but maybe not now that they're owned by PSA's parent company.

Right, PSA's language isn't strong enough of a definitive statement for them unfortunately.

LCS is my next plan, but figured I'd reach out here, I think the more reputable the company the better my chances, so exploring all the options. Hopefully I'll be ok with just an LCS though. Appreciate the feedback!

I agree, I'm trying to argue that now, but don't want to leave any stone unturned. Thanks!

Sorry to hear you got scammed with one of these. I like how they tried to show wear on the top edge. Can you please post a pic without the PSA label and zoomed to that bottom text (player name and team).

Here's a link to a thread that covers fakes of this very card.

https://www.blowoutforums.com/showthread.php?t=1343655

You should call out the seller in the thread so others will know to avoid him.
