question on a topps jumbo card

I traded a kaboom card at my local shop for one of those Topps boxes that comes with a pin and packs and a jumbo card. Well, this is the jumbo card I pulled but can't find much about it. (at least on e-bay) Is this a sp or what???

the box looked different. it had a pin in it. and didnt say flagship or anything like that
