Brooklyn Collection?

Sorry if already been discussed, but I could not find anything. Become a tradition for me to grab a box for myself and one for my son to open on Christmas and I have not heard anything about release on this. Does anyone know?

Topps has 2024 listed as part of Montgomery Club but that's all I know. I'm not a club member. I do like getting.cheap low numbered cards of my PC guys from Brooklyn Collection so I hope they release it this year.

Generally speaking, though, Topps/Fanatics are WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY behind this year.

There are a bunch of products that have yet to be solicited, let alone released.....Finest Flashbacks, Brooklyn, RIP, Archives, HHN, etc.

they'll all be out when they are out. there is no rush as Fanatics knows the addicts will buy them all regardless of when they are released

just look at the other sports. the 2022 NHL The Cup was released at the end of September, 2024

Topps/Fanatics new marketing policy seems to be to communicate as little as possible and keep collectors guessing about what is going to be released and when.

I don't think anybody has any idea which products are still on the calendar and which have been cancelled.

It's gotten so frustrating that I'm effectively cutting Topps out of my collecting plans....the money I had budgeted to potentially buy products like Archives/RIP/Brooklyn/Flashbacks Finest (all of which I've collected in the past) is now being re-allocated to other collecting projects.

It will be interesting to see the design this year. Sometimes these designs are so polarizing. May hit or may miss.

This stuff usually has low value anyway. So easy to pass on stuff this year.

It generally has a decent floor though. Not hard to pull good autos (at least from past years). 2022 had 2-3 autos per box and at least 1 was a rock-solid name.

Currently thinking to buy 1-2 for my sealed stash and 1-2 for an immediate rip.

It's basically a little under market cost if 2024 BC sold similarly to recent years (which it likely wouldn't because the rookie class is a little deeper than recent years). Don't expect a lot of meat to the bone from a flip standpoint though.
