Upper Deck has an NPN program (you submit online).
I finally won (for She-Hulk) and submitted 2 pages of paperwork from the legal team.
The package was sent with tracking, and it arrived yesterday.

I've received a few recently as well. Doing the form is a pain, but I always appreciate free cards!
