Saw the pre-sell from another online retailer. Seems like the individual movie sets would be out, THEN the all-encompassing sets like Back Diamond, but whatever.

Let's take bets, what happens first:

1. This product releases

2. The next James bond actor is named

Actor?

The property is now Amazon's. Which means there's a very good chance they'll wind up Kathleen Kennedy-ing it.

Edit: I don't care what recent reports are saying that James Bond will remain a British male character under Amazon. I'll believe it when I see it

I have 4 boxes coming this Tuesday. I think a Rami Malek auto would be a nice hit.
Vinny

PS: I thought he was on the sell sheet in a dual auto but don't see him on the checklist. Hmmm

Some numbers, according to the GTS checklist of the interesting to me characters:

Craig = 1 SP Auto, 1 SSP Auto

Seydoux = 18 different autographs. Yikes. Tell me I'm reading that wrong...

De Armas = 20 different autographs. Double yikes. Again, tell me I'm reading that wrong...

My takeaways from looking through the checklist are:

Craig autos. MAKE MORE, please

Seydoux. I really hope people are paying attention to this checklist when purchasing BD autos of her.

De Armas. This goes double or triple for De Armas. I sure hope BD people are paying attention to this checklist.

There are going to seemingly be a TON(several are NOT marked SP or SSP) of those two floating around once this set hits, assuming people actually open it. Obviously once it hits ePack, it'll get opened quite a bit more. I think I'd limit my BD purchases of either lady to the Gemography set. IMO, even with a ton of stuff in this set, those will "probably" hold the best...as I think there will end up being quite a few people going for that set long term. It should be interesting, though, to see what this does to their BD stuff

Makes me wonder if her auto will go down since it was ridic people paying thousands lol if she is going to be signing a ton for this.

So 3 autos, 3 swatches, 6 Spectre Objectives (one gold) and Not Just a Number has 3 different variations of Shadow box of actors, 007 No Time To Die and horizontal actor with a cut piece of the "No Time To Die 007" logo.

Probably not. Also probably not happening, all those 18 (!) variations of UD Seydoux autographs going up in value, since the Rittenhouse Seydoux autographs are the ones most everyone wants anyways, and those are now at least 10x ROI compared to when they first showed up on eBay.

Meanwhile, I am extremely happy that Craig isn't signing a ton for UD. My Rittenhouse A155 is now a 4-figure card

The live Seydoux Black Diamond autos are going for more than the Rittenhouse autos. The redemptions that have sold go for roughly what the Rittenhouse do. Numbered vs unnumbered, I suspect. The Rittenhouse are better looking cards though, in general, vs the BD.

With all that said, no way her autos go up when UD is putting out 18 more/different in the next set. Not sure why you'd think that. Haha. More supply = less demand.

Same goes for Ana. With 20 different autos coming in this set...her BD prices seemingly won't make sense...Unless she becomes the biggest Female star on the planet and doesn't ever sign again? I'm thinking she won't become the biggest Female star...and she seemingly has no issues signing a ton...so, good luck to the buyers on BD.

As far as Craig goes, I get it. The less he signs, the more peoples PC's are worth. I still haven't added one though. I keep thinking they'll go sub $300 one day, for an UD version of some sort. They're getting closer...Think I saw one end at sub $500 a while back

Fair points, but aesthetically, the Rittenhouse design is more eye appealing. As a Bond collector, 99% of my autographs are Rittenhouse. I only have 2 UD autographs, mostly because they were budget-priced, but personally I'd much rather all my Bond collection be Rittenhouse across the board.

The over-abundance of autographs does kill some of the demand in the short term, but as an example, just look at how much Famke Janssen signed for Leaf's Pop Century, meanwhile her UD cards have slightly increased, meanwhile her Rittenhouse autographs are one of the most sought after Bond autographs (licensed I know, but still, it's worth noting)

I decided to buy a case, its hard to break anything these days at under $100 a box and I've always been a fan of the James Bond series. If nothing else it will be a fun rip. I'll post my results once I open it later this week.

I’m tempted to get a case. I wonder if, even though there are 20 or so different styles of Seydoux and De Armas, what is the overall numbers for each. They may be flooded or they may each be limited. How many total signed cards by each signer would be good to know.
Best to All,
Vinny

You literally quoted me saying the exact same thing my friend

Personally, I'd rather have Black Diamond > Rittenhouse, if said card looks as good. Sadly, at least in Seydoux's case, that'd only be the Gemography that fits the bill. And also sadly, it is a set that's highly collected...so even lesser signers go for decent money, let alone her card...that goes sky high.

Best to All,
Vinny
Seydoux = 3 "SSP" Autos, 2 Autos /50 & 3 Autos /7 ... So that'd leave 10 unnumbered, non-SSP Autos of Seydoux.

De Armas = 2 "SSP" Autos, 3 Autos /50, 7 Autos /7 & 1 Dual Auto /10 ... So that'd leave 7 unnumbered, non-SSP Autos of De Armas.

Who knows how many of those 10/7 there will be, but I suspect it's probably in that 100-200 range at most. Could be as low as 75-100, but I'd think if they were that low, they'd be marked as "SSP's".

Well, pulled the trigger and ordered a case from BO. I’ll let you all know how it goes. Somehow I don’t think the stars of this movie are signing big amounts of the unnumbered autos. I kind of like the variety of designs available. It’s the common actor autos I would think are in the thousands.

Just for ease of use...serial numbers noted as well as the BOLDED are the non-serial numbered/non-SP/non-SSP autographs. Use imagination as to how many of those were made, but I suspect it is a fair amount of each.

2. FANT2-AD Autographs Ana de Armas as Paloma Auto SSP
3. E-1 Ensemble Auto Parallel Ana de Armas as Paloma Auto
