Ebay Std. Envelope Deduct from Paypal?

how can i get ebay standard envelope shipping charges to be charged to paypal and not deduct from my funds?

This, i think. will have implications on my business write-offs as I will lose the visibility into $ spent on shipping each card.

NOTE: not looking for tax advice here...just looking to see if you can have std. envelope shipping charges hit paypal.

In the eBay monthly financial recap there is a line for "Shipping Labels"....it will show you exactly how much you paid for eBay shipping labels for the previous month.
