Found this in my father's collection. Still unpeeled... in an old school massive screw down- looks great. I know print run is only 20. To submit for grading do I peel it?

If the peel looks good, keep it on.
Nice find! |

The peeling might be saving the surface being in a screw down.

Peel looks great, Card looks Gem as well or darn close. All the ones I've seen graded looks like the peel was removed. I saw print run was only 20- any idea on value?

If it isn't bubbled or scuffed, leave it on. Value could be anywhere from $300-$1500 raw. Depends on condition and how you sell it. There are 6 total graded with PSA and most are PSA 9 and the highest graded. If it gets a PSA 10, you send it to the right auction house and the right people start bidding, just never know. Could be $1500,$3000 or $5000

Those are the best cards for popping and regrading bc its impossible to get anything over an 8 with the peel.
More than likely not more than a $1200 card in top grade. Raw its in the $600 range

^ This. And, if you don't need the money, keep it. There's almost no appreciation for cards like this outside of the hyped stuff, like PMG's. I know that photo does not do that card justice. I just picked up a Gold Mirror Aikman at a local show a couple weeks ago. These Certified Mirrors are just so clean looking.
