What is your grading experience with OPC rough cuts and PSA. Have you been dinged?

in my limited experience (only a few baseball)...the ruff cut did not appear to be factor in the grade.but this was a few years back not sure about today.

People say the rough cuts are ok, but yet the majority of high grades have very clean edges. From my experience, it seems that grades are about 1 less (on average) with rough edges -- compared to the grades that clean edges would get.

Most of the "clean" edges are sheet cut or trimmed. This causes the graders to think that is how the cards should look instead of how they actually looked when they were issued. This skews everything and I would guess the majority of the graders have no clue.

Beckett used to grade sheet-cut OPC Gretzky RCs. Not well received by the hockey community

It's going to be about eye-appeal.... Your right edge is almost not rough enough as it looks smooth but then has some roughage bloches, but the left side is basically 9 worthy at best. Especially because the roughage is affecting the top left corner (it is now possibly a "longer" corner).... Great centering. If the surface is good I could see a 9.
