I'm pretty sure the price is more focused towards the art & collectability of the medallion than its actual worth of silver.

I'm not thrilled at the cost of these, esp. since it's an item that'll most likely get lost;

and there's the fact that I'd want to complete the run not knowing how many super heroes will get one...

but still not sure that's enough to persuade me not to
