Apologies if this is addressed in another thread.
I submitted two items to PSA at the national for grading and shipping back to me (not pickup at the show), and both submissions still say "not received" despite the fact that the item was of course handed to them. The subs were at the express (~$200) and walk-through (~$500) levels. When do I get concerned about this? Thanks in advance for any wisdom/advice. |

If it were me I would've been worried days ago. At minimum you should be contacting PSA.

I did the PSA drop off event at CardsHQ on July 14th. There i dropped off 3 orders directly to PSA all at the bulk level. They told me it would be 3 weeks before they were put into the system. The first order showed up on August 5th, and it shows up at the "research and ID" stage. That was also what i found during my research of drop off events with PSA.
Since my drop off and the national they added a QR code that can be scanned with your submission, i assumed it was for this exact reason, so you know its at PSA. Your order being super express and walkthrough i would think would move faster but i am also not sure if PSA has special boxes for those or if everything got put together at the collection time. I will also add i was nervous when the three-week mark hit and my orders were still not in the system, overall, it was 120 cards for me with 100 being dual grade cards. |

The only time I have ever done a drop off event was in Florida last year. It took about 3 weeks, after drop off, to show in the system. I’m fairly certain that someone ran them on foot the full length of I-10, stopping at every McDonalds along the way, from Jax to So Cal.
I wouldn’t worry but would definitely try to find out if others that submitted at the National are seeing the same thing. There is comfort in Community.

Thanks for the info everyone.
I submitted a help ticket last night and will post what happens with that and the subs when I have more info. Anecdotally there are other folks seeing the same thing. I will save the panic button for later. |

Yes...Sonnys' response is correct--they typically take 2-3 weeks when you hand-deliver your cards for them to be in-processed by the system. This is why hanging onto your endorsed receipt is essential--it's proof that you gave them to a PSA employee.
FWIW, I did the same on 18JULY at a shop in NJ and they still haven't been listed as received by PSA...which is 25 days now. I'm ascribing it to delays associated with sending the bulk of their team to Chicago for a week, which tends to slow everything down. Your stuff will populate in the next week or two. Stay calm. |

I'm in the same boat. It was a nice touch to add the QR code so you atleast have confirmation they have them, but when I dropped mine the woman said "oh the QR codes aren't working right now *shrug*". I can't imagine how many subs they took in over the 5 days. Just trust the process I guess.
