These were given away at the annual national sports cards convention. I believe you had to buy something and then received a couple of these packs.

No idea on rarity unless it's numbered on the back, if not there's no telling the quantity of these that were printed as it appears to be a sticker auto and a manufactured patch.

At the end of the day, these NSCC autos weren't highly sought after, but it's an auto of the late Kobe Bryant so I'm sure someone will pay up for it, but I wouldn't expect a financial windfall.
