Default Question regarding sending cards that are perforated

Hi all,
Been away from the forum for a while. I was hoping someone can clarify for me if PSA cuts out perforated cards or is that something I should do? I'm just afraid I'll damage the card. The card I'm referring too is the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Tiger Electronics LCD Handheld Game Barcode Card

PSA does not "alter" your cards. The way you send it is the way they grade it, or they kick it back ungraded if not presented in a gradable "form". And perforated cards cannot be cut out, they must be "torn"/detached, otherwise it gets a lower grade.

Are you talking about this thing? https://www.ebay.com/itm/266138059088

Does PSA even recognize this thing? I can't find it on the pop reports....

Separate it yourself by bending the page back and forth over the perforations until you can remove it without damage.

A couple tips:

1. Don't fold the paper back and forth 100% of the way... it can damage the card and results in very sloppy looking perforations, which I assume also results in lower grades. Instead, fold them 45% away from full (both directions). That will enable a nice clean tear. I just did 200+ SI for Kids cards, so it's fresh in my mind.
2. Tear on a clean, sharp edge -- the edge of your desk may do.
