AVOID Von_Cards - Requires FF Payment - Shops YOUR offers at shows after deal

Von_Cards, also known as Andy Brau or Andrew Brau, had agreed to a deal on a Spongebob VanGogh hat Squidward 1/1 Sketch card via Instagram.

He actually had the item listed on eBay and had messaged directly on Instagram afterward. He wanted me to pay via Venmo FRIENDS and FAMILY and PRIVATE which I noted was not acceptable to me as there would be risk if I paid and he never shipped out the card or shipped a different card. It also violates TOS.

Having said that, I offered to pay Goods and Services and cover all Goods & Services Fees. I ended up paying G&S on VM, but was about $14 short (I assume due to a credit card fee). I then noted to him I would pay the remainder via FF and he immediately wanted to axe the deal, noting that he can "get cash" at the local weekend card show in Denver, CO. He now has me blocked on IG and has not returned my ~$1480. It appears this user also creates custom cards. If these are sold, they are a violation of copyright for sure. This seller also wanting to go direct off-ebay and FF only was a huge red flag. Nonetheless, he kept me on read on IG all weekend and it is likely he used my offer to shop the card around at the show!

He still as my money at present time and has me blocked.

If anyone knows the whereabouts of this card I would really appreciate it and would like to make a nice and "easy" deal on it!
