Question on missing Epack UD McDavid auto

I was Macklin auto hunting on epack and was lucky enough to hit a Connor McDavid retro ticket access auto out of Credentials but even though it was the auto version in the top loader and with the "congratulations" on the back, it was not signed. Huge bummer.

Does anyone know any other way to contact Epack or UD other than the message option on Epack? Do they monitor these forums or has anyone else had a similar issue with an Epack missing auto card?

I am hoping they can swap out the card or a similar value one on Epack itself but I think they may make me go through the process of getting from Epack and mailing to them or something. Hoping it is easier than that. I am pretty sure they will help out and already messaged them on the site but I know they were out of customer service for a week earlier this month so I am not sure how strong it is now.
