Big fan of last year's release. Good price, good content per box, one-card autos, nice color, all of it. My biggest fear is the fear of Topps printing this to the moon and upping the price. I think I won the EQL at $169 a box last year, I fully expect that price to be north of $200, maybe even $250, which is wild considering again, the likely print run increase.

If they run EQL at anything under $200, I will be submitting entries for sure.

I posted a comment similar to one I have above yours on Reddit. You can tell that certain places, like Reddit, are full of newer collectors. I was called a hater and told that I was making things up for assuming Fanatics will crank the presses and raise the price after last year's success. Feel like on here, it's the opposite and people know how the game is played from Fanatics.

Right. BO has a way more realistic view of things overall, which definitely isn't the norm in the hobby right now as everything is a price pumping avenue.

Which is why Fanatics couldn't care less about the "old school" collectors. They have new money climbing over each other to have a crack at those new $400 boxes or to gamble on Fanatics Live.

They might just 10x the hobby after all, not to mention 10x the debt most of these new collectors will find themselves with in a couple years.

Will just have a unique parallel or two. Probably around 3000 boxes, but we'll know once they release the checklist and odds, if that ever happens. And it won't be a truly fair auction. Fanatics will yank it if the price gets too low. They have a floor price of their own that we won't know. Then they'll backdoor the rest to breakers. Happened with NBA Chrome and NBA Three.
