Mother in Law taught a child, who the mom wanted to be named after the dad.
She didn't speak English very well.
She wanted to name the child "Like maker" (Dad)
So the child's legal name is/was Likemaker

I work in healthcare. I've seen all sorts of wild stuff. My wife has a friend who has children with very unique names, while also being extremely accomplished.

Worked with a Rooster when I was in HS at a grocery store. He was the Dairy Manager, kind of looked and walked like one.

Frog was his government name. No joke, not a nickname, if you called him on the radio he would respond with "ribbit ribbit" after answering
