Default Need some advice - Potential non-paying bidder for $240

So, I had a guy with almost 1100 feedback, 0 negative, win $240 worth of Turkey Red items from me. So, I think everything is fine and dandy. Well, it has been two weeks and no payment. In that time he received a negative strike from a low feedback guy which I don't know what to think about that. Anyway I messaged him after 10 days of no payment, the cutoff I state in my auctions, asking if he could please update me on payment status. Still no answer.

What should I do? I want to give the guy benefit of the doubt based on his history, I'm already cutting it close on the break even/profit line so I really can't afford to sell for less.

The three items he purchased were:

Fielder Cabinet Auto $82 (the last 3 have sold for $49, $33, $29)
Iwamura Cabinet Auto $82 (other 2 completed $33 and $21)
Tulowitzki Cabinet Auto $73 (none completed, one just listed)

The Tulo I think would bring more now than it did but I don't think enough to make up for the difference in the other two. Btw, it is #01/25.

Sigh, I guess I'll hold out a few more days and cross my fingers. This could be the straw that breaks the back for me.

I would file the non paying bidder to see if it motivates him to pay. You can keep the dispute open for as long as you want. I would think that might at least get you a response.

Everytime I have filed a NPB they usaully pay the same day. I sent this one guy (with an unbelievable amount of feedback, 99.9%) countless messages, but after I filed the NPB, he just payed, like that was what he was waiting for ME to do in order to pay.

Agreed, I regularly file a NPB 7-14 days after the auction and the buyer eitheir pays that day or replies that day or you never hear from them.
