Cool Anyone else getting Panini totally certified?

I havent seen cards like these for a while(in basketball). the design reminds me a lot of black diamond/fleer metal pmg cards back then in the 90's which is good. it looks promising... anyone else getting this?

Definitely getting some 90s vibe from these... we shall see how Panini does.

Looks like a copy off the PMG's from the 90's except instead of being /10 they will be /10,000.

I'm busting 6 cases of it. Really looking forward to it. With 6 hits per box, two of them auto's, at the price today it's $18 per hit. That is a very decent price for a box of cards, considering Absolute is about $34 per hit and Gold Standard is at near $40 per hit. In addition to the hits, there's all the #'d parallels with different colors.

If Panini's sell sheet is accurate to what actually comes out the boxes, this is going to be a fun break, and won't be a kick in the gonads $-wise.

Good luck with the break Alex, if you get any warriors from those 6 cases, I'll gladly buy them from you.

As for me, I'm staying away from this. Panini doesn't know what the definition of GUARANTEE is and has completely screwed up basketball with all of their recent product. However, I'll keep my eye on breaks and if it looks like it doesn't require lube for you to open, then I'll get some boxes.

I have my doubts but definitely like the design more than their past BKB products. I'll most likely get a couple boxes and hopefully get in on some group breaks.

Those look really nice with the on-card auto and die-cut design. I pre-ordered a box of this months ago, but looks like I might have to grab another one or two!

How does Panini continue to line you suckers up for more of their garbage that releases after the season? Pre-season, season, post season it doesnt matter. Every Panini product this year has been a dud, this will follow as well. This isnt the 90's releases with Jordan in it boys, this is a current release and BASKETBALL PARALLELS DONT SELL!

Haha, you've got to be kidding right? I guess you are the only one that doesn't like this product if not.

Yeah. It's much better to drop $150 on a box of SP. You have a chance at Jordan or Lebron there. And if you don't pull them there is pretty much nothing else remotely worth even getting 10% of your money back. If this rookie class would have been better then I doubt there would be all the Panini hate. It's not their fault this class sucked.

Agreed 100%. Kids and sheep are the only ones buying this Panini crap.

Are you two just referring to busting boxes/cases? So you're not gonna pick up any singles of this? Not gonna make a griffin rainbow for your own enjoyment? Why must everything be about $$$? I thought this was a "Hobby". If you collect cards at all I can't see why you wouldn't want to get some PC items out of this. If someone doesn't break these then there would be no singles to buy/trade for. No reason to ridicule those that will provide for others by taking their gamble. I'm pretty sure everyone knows that busting any box is a gamble. I don't rely on cards to make a living so maybe I have a different perspective from you elite free-thinkers who are going to trump this industry and make it big.

Well, I know I'm neither a kid nor a sheep, and I think the cards look fantastic. I've been disappointed all year with Panini's products(Loved most of them last year, and no it's not just the rookie class), but I am honestly excited for this one
