Default 2007 Ginter ?'s

I watched a guy rip a case of this yesterday, and all of his black mini's were no #, I rip 6 boxes today and all of mine were #d. What is up with it? Did they make a no # and # of each black mini? Also are the regular no # mini's sp'd to 50 again this year. I pulled a no # Phil Hughes and dont want to sell too cheep. Any help would be great.

Thanks

I'm trying to find this out myself since it will definitely have an impact on how I list things. I had an entire case and none of my black minis have numbers on them.

If it is intentional, I'd like to know how many of the black no numbers there are. On their site, Topps says the regular no numbers are limited to 50 again this year. No mention of the black no number.
