Yep might be possible Topps finally got the hint to bump up the content with a lagging economey.

They are finally coming around. Last years triple threads basketball was awesome with a lot of nice patches and low numbered stuff coming out of it.

It's good to see that years football is following the same trend.

TT has always had low numbered cards, relics to 36 and auto relics could go up to /99 ...the /99 are usually the rookies.
