A friend and I split 3 boxes of 2007 UD Football. 1 auto & 2 jersey cards per box. In each box one of the jersey cards was a rookie jersey. The autographs come in about 4 flavors: Significant Sigs, Rookie Ink and 2 others I forget. We got the boxes at just over $55 each and I'm sure the price hasn't changed much since last week. For the price?? very fun break... My 2 cents

rookie threads is better than either of those in terms of resale value. I have seen bad boxes of Gridiron gear and threads

I've opened a bit of Rookie Threads, so far I mus say I'm not too impressed
The letterman cards are nice, but not when they retail for $50ish/pack and you get letterman autos of Chansi Stuckey I have to agree with the Gridiron being pretty fun to open. So far I've gotten fairly lucky as far as not getting hosed too badly with Gridiron. Maybe my luck just really sucks with Rookie Threads.

I have purchased several box's of all three of the main products considered in this thread. Just from what I have seen come out at the local shop, and my own personal experience Gridiron Gear is the best for the buck. Ever box I have seen has had an auto, and atleast one nice jersey. Just take a look at the brakes on here. Threads has the great "if you get one" Letterman auto's, while LCM has the great Mirror auto cards with multiple game/event used oieces, but again they are very rare.
If you are going to only rip a box or two go with Gridiron Gear, Even if it is a case I would give the same answer. Anyway good luck with whatever you choose. They are all fun breaks. |
