Serial Numbered (#d to 101 or higher, 2003-now, no Moments & Milestones) - $0.10
Serial Numbered (#d to 100 or less, all years) - $0.18
Refractors - $0.08

Football
Serial Numbered (#d to 101 or higher, 2003-now) - $0.10
Serial Numbered (#d to 100 or less, all years) - $0.18
Refractors - $0.08

Basketball
Serial Numbered (#d to 101 or higher) - $0.10
