We use esupply store and buy 400 #00 mailers at a time. $44.00 + 16.00 S&H = $60.00 or $0.15/ea.

just might want to use the ebay site. I ordered from there and 500 is the way to go. but you have to order atleast 500 to get a good return. here was the break down of my last order.. bin 8.95 + 31.95 shipping=40.90/500 comes out to .081 per bubble mailer and I dont sell a ton on ebay but it will last for over a year normally.

The ebay site is the best. Exactly $0.08 per envelope SHIPPED. 8 Pennies per envelope. You can't beat that guy, I have personally bought 1,500 + from him so far. I wish he had more boxes though.

From the same guy tonight, I just won this auction for a 500 ct bubble mailers...$1.95 plus $36.95 shipping = $38.90. That's .0778 per envelope. WOW! Thanks for the thread!

Geez, guys. I watched a movie and came back and the post went crazy. I ordered 500 from the ebay guy as it was the best deal including the price of shipping(must have got the other auction that mwheeler27 was looking at). I figured I had some serious trading to do in the future after getting to know some of you gentlemen. Thanks for the help on the potential picks. Philip

One lesson i learned about ordering 000 4x8 Mailers, there can be a smaller size version listed as 4x8 as i am looking rite now at one ordered from Haddaway's which is about a half inch smaller in width & length at eSupplystore & Altusmarket you get the normal 4x8. And yes that half inch loss both ways makes a big difference as you can not fit the 35 count plastic cases inside the smaller version. No more Haddaway's for me i would rather pay a few more cents knowing all the mailers are usable for 1 up to 30 cards.

I have a good question, how much do you guys get charged for shipping a regular 1 once mailer? I regularly get charged $1.13, today I had 2 oz packages and was charged $0.97 somewhere else. I am totally confused why post offices charge different rates.

I have been putting two 41 cent stamps on for over 2 months now for up to 2 cards in bubble mailer, i have sent out 100's not one has come back. I just drop them in the mail box, if i did go to the window the would be $1.13 each

Ok that is what I wanted to know. I think I will start doing the same thing. Cause yea 1 once is $0.80 and 2 ounces is $0.97. Cause these bubble envelopes are big, but not that big that it counts as a parcel box.

eBay Store - ValueMailers: poly mailer, mailers, bubble mailer
I was just searching through the thread for bubble mailers and found the one I was looking for. Clicked on the link and BAM!!! there was an auction with less than 2 minutes for a 500 ct 4x8 Bubble mailer. Sniped it for $1.25 + shipping of $36.95=38.20 dlvd.....not too bad right?
