Kobe and CP3 better watch out... suns just landed Sebastian Telfair and Shannon Brown. Pacific Division champ is predetermined. Nobody can compete with Telfair, he's a beast.

The rumors here in Phx late last season was the Knicks were most likely trade partner. I think a deal gets done sometime this season.

Why would Steve Nash get traded to the Knicks for billups? Even if it is an expiring contract. They would need another trade partner to get something else in return for fair value. Nash is the suns, they will need more than an expiring contract

The Knicks are being underrated right now - With Billups, Fields, Douglas, Hill, BIG 2, + Chandler - They could definitely win it all ... As a Mavs fan, I can say Chandler is a Perfect Fit for them offensively and defensively he'll help a ton!

That's not even possible. Once the trade for Chandler goes through Billups will no longer be a Knick but a free agent.

Unless the Suns want to piss all their fans off and trade him for peanuts, he aint going to the Knicks.

Again, Billups is no longer with the Knicks once they get Chandler. lol.

Right now the Knicks starting PG is looking like Toney Douglas. SG I guess Fields? That's probably the worst starting backcourt in the entire NBA.

lol@Suns no one cares about 2 time MVP Nash anymore. Nash has a year just as good as his MVP years yet he can't even make the All Star team.

I get why people want Nash but the Knicks already have 2 stars who don't play any defense(Amare, Carmelo). I can't see where adding a third is going to help them win in the East where they have to beat the Celtics, Heat, and Bulls who are all defensive minded teams. Chandler is a good addition but he can't defend all five guys.

Oh didn't know that - Barea would fit with them though ... Still a pretty talented team; you don't need a Great (scoring) PG to be a contender (See Fisher or Chalmers or Kidd)

Nash isn't going anywhere. Brooks signed a contract and is stuck in China. That means that the backup is Zabian Dowdell. Ever pulled one of his cards? Yea...me either. Telfair is a back up point gaurd. Brown is to replace the Vince Carter who if he isn't cut yet...will be.

This^^^...not only that, brooks is an RFA so even if he does come back to the nba, someone will hit him up with a new contract and the suns won't match it cuz they're so damn cheap. If the suns ever trade Nash, it's gotta be for young talent but cheap. I hate sarver, the suns owner. He f'd up my team!
