Default Curse of the Durant redemptions

Sorry for the rant. I pulled a durant dual tag auto/5 from 2010/11 national treasures. I come to find out this week another board member got the same card months back, where's mine? I write on panini's facebook, they delete comment. I call customer service, nobody knows anything. I have hope for this redemption to come one day, unlike my durant 2008 exquisite limited logos. Any advice guys?

I compare Panini Redemptions to Naked Old Ladies. You grimmace at the sight of both.

Good luck...

I had to wait about 8 months to receive a redemption that was live shortly after release... and it was a scrub player!

At least you know they've made the card. Just keep waiting, and message them every so often.

not true at all. Upper deck was infamous for its ridiculously long waiting periods for redemptions (some more than 2 years). I remember the last beckett basketball magazine I read the ceo said he'd change things so everyone got their redemptions in less than 6 months but right after they lost the lisence.

only company i know who has a good redemption service is press pass.

They're actually even worse. You know they suck when they have to make an automated recording saying they're out just to avoid phone calls. Worst customer service ever

I was being sarcastic guys. Everyone complains about Panini when they usually fulfill in a good period of time. Meanwhile UD was the worst, yet everybody complains about Panini and wants them back

UD really stunk for a while there- but once things started going downhill, there was about a year timeframe a few years back where they seemed to take care of the customers if you bypassed the main CS queue and talked directly to the supervisors. You can argue that such a strategy probably applies to all of these companies, although I've never heard many good things about Topps unless it was a MAJOR screwup on their part.

I called regarding a pending HRX redemption. I was told on the phone they were waiting for the player sign, they also just updated the case w/ the same nonsense. The card isn't supposed to have an auto so I can't wait to light them up if I receive it without the auto they say they are waiting for.

Upper Deck was horrible, but Panini is on pace to surpass UD. I have several redemptions that are 14 months in waiting
