Went to the LCS yesterday to get SP auth but they didn't get it til today. I swear I almost dropped this box of plates and patches in the trash as I left the shop. After Timeless treasures and now this, I'm done with Panini for a while. Here are the "hits" (and I use that term loosely) from my plates and patches box. If you'll give me the $150 that I paid for this box, I have bridge overlooking the Pacific ocean in western Kansas that I'll throw in for free. (redemption is of some guy named Buford...I #@#@#@#@ you not)

I went back today and got my box of SP. It was better, but nothing earth shattering. 3 color Jernigan and Gold SPX of Vereen.

Plates and Patches is actually not a bad product. No need to cry because you bought ONE BOX and it wasn't a winner.

Yes, believe me, I know that they can't all be winners, but my last 5 or 6 Panini offerings have been absolutely awful, and this Vincent Brown guy seems to be haunting most of my breaks.

Sorry, I should have mentioned in the original post. I'm just going to let these sit in the box until next year and hope one of them turns into something.

I know this will not make you feel any better but Vincent Brown did get some playing time last year and played good when called upon. But with Jackson and Floyd in front of him who knows how much time he will see in the future.
