Anybody know Pokemon cards at all?

Found a 1996 card of a fishing pole with Japanese writing on it; it says "TRAINER" across the top.

Already checked Ebay, can't find much.

Any help would be great.

Trainer cards are commons. Not worth anything. I just had to look them up because it's been so long since I've seen one lol.
